TEEJAY APPAREL products are made to order through a print-on-demand production partner.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.

4. Product Descriptions & Colours

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings

  • Slight variations may occur during printing

Example:
Some products may display colour names such as “light apricot” due to supplier synchronisation, though the actual product may be a neutral off-white tone.

These variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the customer's location.

Typical estimates:

  • Production: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping: 5–21 business days depending on region

TEEJAY APPAREL is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Natural events or global disruptions

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products will be of acceptable quality.
