Refund policy

Overview

All of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production. This means each item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

However, we absolutely stand by the quality of our products and comply with all applicable consumer protection laws worldwide.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item:

  • Arrives faulty or damaged

  • Is misprinted

  • Is significantly different from what was ordered

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

In most cases, faulty or incorrect items do not need to be returned.


Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong colour

  • Personal preference

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

Please check size charts, product descriptions, and mockups carefully before placing your order.


Size & Fit

We provide detailed size charts on all product pages. As all garments are printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues unless the item is faulty or misprinted.

Minor size variations (±1–2 cm) are considered normal in garment manufacturing and do not qualify as defects.


Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us and we will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Australian Customers

For customers located in Australia, this policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or misdescribed goods.


EU & UK Customers

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom are normally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However, under EU and UK consumer law, custom or made-to-order products (including print-on-demand items) are exempt from this right.

This means:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not available for made-to-order items

  • Refunds or replacements are still provided for faulty or incorrect items


International Customers

For customers outside Australia, the EU, and the UK, refunds and returns are handled in accordance with this policy and applicable local consumer laws.
